Behind The Lens: A Heart Devoted To Your Story
From my years as a school teacher to my deep desire to become a mother, nurturing has always been at the heart of who I am. When my husband surprised me with my first camera in 2017, I never imagined it would lead to the career I cherish so much today! Taking a bold leap of faith in 2019, my photography business grew into a passion I couldn’t ignore. By 2022, I stepped into photography full-time… by far the most meaningful career change I’ve ever made. Over the past six years, I’ve had the honor of serving nearly 100 wedding couples. With each celebration, my love for this work only deepens. My faith is the foundation of my life, and I truly feel called to love others well through the images I create and the way I show up for every couple.
When I’m not photographing beautiful celebrations or tucked away editing with a cup of coffee, you’ll find me with my sweet family - my husband, TJ, our daughter, Emerie, and our spoiled maltese poodle, Willow. We are happiest outdoors - taking evening walks on our dirt road, soaking up the sunshine at the lake, and enjoying everything Minnesota has to offer. I am a homebody at heart, yet I absolutely love exploring new places. I am always ready to catch the next flight for a photography adventure! Whether close to home or across the globe, it’s an honor to document such a beautiful covenant.
