After you sign up for a timeslot, I will send you a contract and retainer invoice. Once these two items are complete... it's OFFICIAL! Let the planning begin.

I will be sending you a questionnaire to learn about your desires and goals for the session so I can serve you best! You will also have access to my location guide with local location ideas and recommendations for your session.

Now for the fun part! We will meet at the agreed upon location and enjoy capturing your beautiful self! You will receive some fun sneak peek images sent to your inbox within 48 hours.

When your full gallery is complete, you will receive a private email link to view your gallery through a software called Pic-Time. From here you will be able to save and share your beautifully edited, high resolution images!

Welcome to my studio!
It has been a dream of mine ever since starting my business to own my very own studio space. I believe that this is such a valuable asset and option for my clients.
Whether you are looking to book a cozy "in-home" styled session, formal headshots, or anything in between... this space is perfect for you! At no additional cost, my clients have access to this bright, neutral, and modern space located on my property. I can't wait to share it with you! :)
(Please note: there may not be adequate space to photograph groups larger than 6)
Most sessions take place outdoors around Park Rapids, in my studio, OR in the location of your choosing. I have multiple location options picked out and available, but if you have a special place in mind I would love to come to you! I do charge for mileage when traveling beyond 20 miles from my home.
I will provide guidance on this question in my pricing guide, but ultimately it's up to you how you choose to spend our time together! Some people would rather have fewer images with a variety of locations/outfits. Other people like to spend that time being creative in other ways, such as playing with poses, props, etc.
I completely understand that life happens and sometimes sessions need to be rescheduled. I am willing to work with you, but keep in mind that my schedule might not be as flexible. A new contract may be required if the second session date occurs more than 3 months from the previously booked date.
Yes! You will have to choose a collection when you book your session with me. However, as the end of your session approaches, you may decide that you would like to add more time. This is not a problem at all, unless I have another session I need to get to. I want to make sure you get everything you want out of our time together!
This depends on what collection you choose. For example, if you book a 60 minute session you will receive 60+ edited images. Depending on the lighting, mood, and overall style of the session, I sometimes like to mix in a few black + white images.
Your edited, high resolution images will be delivered to you in a private online gallery where you will be able to save, download, and print any photos that you'd like. You will have access to this online link for 6 months.
For both your retainer and the final payment, I will email you an invoice through my client management system. Here you can safely and securely pay for your session via debit/credit card. However, I also accept cash or check.
No, you do not. Once you receive access to your online gallery the photos are YOURS! However, upon gallery delivery, you will receive access to a professional print shop. This is the best opportunity to get your photos printed at the highest quality, with accurate colors that will look just like the digital image.
